Nordstrom set out to reenergize holiday retail with a bi-coastal experience that could cut through the chaos of the season.
We transformed flagship stores in New York and Seattle into immersive, gamified environments that redefined shopping as something participatory, social, and joyful.

At the core was a passport-driven journey that encouraged guests to explore a series of “holiday senses,” turning store navigation into a reward-based experience that increased dwell time and engagement across departments.
Each activation was designed as both an experience and a piece of content, with oversized, surreal builds engineered for organic social sharing and cultural relevance.
By developing a modular system across both coasts, we created operational efficiencies while tailoring each execution to local audiences, proving that large-scale retail experiences can be both scalable and deeply contextual.
